We stand behind the quality of our remanufactured Breville appliances and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that all returns must include original packaging and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Appliance

  Carefully place the unit, all manuals, and accessories back into the original Breville remanufactured packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
